What is "Own Your Own" Honest Lash?
It’s a turnkey business opportunity that gives you everything you need to open your own Honest Lash studio—territory, equipment, branding, training, and support. Honest Lash University is included.

Do I need a license to own a studio?
If you plan to perform services yourself, yes. You must hold a valid Beauty License or hire someone who does.

What’s included in the $5,000 license fee?

Where will my studio be located?
We partner with top national salon suite providers like Sola, Phenix, and My Salon Suite to secure high-quality, private studio spaces.

Is there ongoing support after I open?
Yes! We offer optional business memberships that include access to tech tools, marketing support, inventory management, and coaching.

How much can I earn?
Many lash studios generate $5,000–$15,000+ per month with steady clientele and retail sales. Actual income depends on your location, pricing, and client volume.

Is this a franchise?
No. This is a licensing opportunity. You are an independent business owner operator. You own your business 100% and pay no royalties.

Honest Lash University

What is Honest Lash University?

Honest Lash University is a lash training program that offers Lash Specialty Certificate Curriculum. We combine in-person training, mannequin and live model practice, and digital learning through Milady’s learning management system.

Do I need a license to offer lash services?

Yes. In most states, a Lash Specialty License or equivalent is required to perform lash extensions professionally. A Licensed Cosmetologist or Licensed Esthetician may also perform these lash services with proper certified training.

How long does it take to complete the program?

Most students complete the 30 hour program in 4-6 weeks, depending on their schedule.

Where is the university located?

Honest Lash University is based in Austin, Texas, inside our flagship training and studio headquarters.
