Day 1: Orientation & Your First Steps
Your Honest Lash experience begins with a warm welcome and orientation session. You’ll get an introduction to:
- Your instructors and support team

- A walk-through of your lash kit and tools
- The Honest Lash mission and culture

From the start, we focus on building your confidence and setting expectations. You’ll leave your first day understanding the full learning path ahead, and you’ll know exactly where to begin.

Your Lash Kit: Hands-On From the Beginning
We believe you learn best by doing—so on day one, you’ll receive your professional lash training kit, which includes:
- Practice mannequin head
- Lash extension trays (varied lengths and curls)
- Lash adhesives, tweezers, and eye pads
- Aftercare tools and brush sets
- Mapping tools, tape, and cleansing products
With this kit, you’ll be able to follow along in every hands-on session and practice techniques between classes.

Weeks 1–4: Technique, Practice & Product Knowledge
Over the next few weeks, you’ll dive deep into:
- Classic and volume lash application
- Lash lifts, tints, and brow design
- Lash styling, mapping, and custom looks
- Lash isolation, safety, and retention best practices
- Tools, adhesives, and product education
- Client consultation and prep routines
Our program blends expert instruction with guided mannequin practice, followed by live model training, so you can build real-world skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Student Support: You’re Never On Your Own
Throughout your Honest Lash journey, you’ll have access to:
